Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our time and effort, as well as that of our other clients, please allow 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. While we understand that sometimes unpredictable events happen, in the event that less than 24 hours is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service price to the card on file. If no notice is given and a client does not show up to an appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service fee.
