Hello...

Your relationship with your massage therapist is as important as the technical aspects of the session. It has to be grounded in trust, honesty, and self awareness. There is a vulnerability that is inherent in this work, and it is my personal prerogative to make sure we create a safe space for growth and restoration...together.

My Story

Like so many of us, my path has been anything but straight. I began as an actor and theater maker in New York City, drawn to the physical and expressive world of dance-based performance. What I loved most was the way movement could tell a story and create connection. Over time, I became curious about the deeper stories our bodies carry—and how understanding them could help us heal and connect more fully with ourselves.

Medical school wasn’t possible at the time, so I chose massage school instead. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Massage gave me a direct, heartfelt way to connect with others and offered the same sense of structure and presence I loved in performance—only now, it was deeply personal and restorative.

While training, I worked at both a high-end spa and a retirement community’s physical therapy department. That unlikely pairing sparked a vision: why couldn’t massage be both therapeutic and deeply nurturing?

In 2012, I opened Harmony on Hope Massage in Providence, RI. What began as a tiny studio blossomed into one of the largest and most successful practices in the state, with an extraordinary team and a community I will always treasure. After almost 15 years, I passed the practice on to a trusted colleague in 2024, giving myself time to rest and reflect before stepping into the next chapter.

Now, I’m grateful to bring my work to northeast Connecticut. My hope is simple: to create a space where people feel cared for, supported, and more at home in their own bodies.
